Like I said before I am no expert on Chinese Government policy nor do I intend to be , but, I am getting to be an expert on Chinese character and culture. Because I have a Chinese wife I have seen things in China that most foreigners never get to see.
And I know that you will have a knife in your back before a Chinese person even suggests they don't like you.
This is exactly what is happening in the in the military buildup that is taking place all across China. Borders between North/South Korea are already strengthened , also, anything to do with Japan. It seems there is increased alert status every year as they secretly gain strength. Mosques and churches are commonly used to cover their activities.
My activities are monitored daily by at least 8 people. I am like a prisoner in China but have never been charged with anything. My wife commonly treats me like her slave, with the help of Government officials if I complain.
Only when the Holy Spirit moves into China will things have a common civility about them. Today it is like Gangas Kang is in control and the heavy hand and iron boot are often used.
So I would bet things are much closer to war than anyone cares to admit.
Iraq and Iran have only added to the Chinese frustration, but, also DARFUR.
